Refund Policy

This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through Verse on Tap. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility and Time-frame

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition, and, when applicable, in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email support@verseontap.com 

Include the following information in your message so we can locate your order quickly and serve you efficiently:

Email Subject Line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” or “Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”

In the email body, please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A brief description of the reason for your request (for example, wrong item or change in size)
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Our team will respond as quickly as possible with confirmation and instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Verse on Tap is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent confirming approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method usually within 7 business days.

Refunds are granted only for items that meet the eligibility requirements.

Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects may be refused or subject to partial refund.

5. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for the same item in a different size, if available at the time of the request. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify Verse on Tap at support@verseontap.com within 2 business days of delivery.

In your email, include the following information so we can review the matter promptly:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) affected
  • A brief description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos showing the damaged or defective area
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if applicable

Once received, our team will review your message and respond as quickly as possible with confirmation and instructions for returning or exchanging the item. If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and will either replace the item or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked Final Sale or Clearance 
  • Personalized or custom items, unless defective

8. Processing Timeline

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the returned item is received for processing and refund issuance.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
