Thank you for supporting Verse on Tap. Every order helps us share faith and encouragement in everyday life. We prepare each package with care from our home base in Iowa and do our best to ship it promptly and securely.
Processing Time
Our team usually ships orders within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or U.S. holidays so our team can rest and recharge.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your order safely.
Shipping options are available at checkout.
Exact rates and estimated delivery times will appear once your shipping address is entered.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
These times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number.
You should receive an email once your package is on its way, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Verse on Tap is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm your correct address.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Verse on Tap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at support@verseontap.com without delay if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We believe in handling each concern with integrity and care, and we will review the matter and try to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 business days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record and include a clear photo of the damage or defect. This helps us ensure fairness and provide the appropriate resolution.
